What movies other than Casablanca have the line "Here's looking at you kid?"?

My girlfriend is desperately trying to remember a movie from her childhood with that line. She thinks it may have had Milton Berle in it, but I don't know how factual that might be. She also said it's about a man and a kid. The kid may run away at some point. Any ideas? She thinks it might be from the 80's.
