I sterilise my baby's bottles with a sterilising solution, do i need to dry them?

I am currently breastfeeding my 4 week old baby boy, but wanted to get him used to bottles as well so i occasionally express my milk for him. I use milton to sterilise my baby's bottles, im wondering do i need to dry them before i use them? it say's on the bottle "no need to rinse", i had been using paper towel to dry but still feel this could be transferring germs!????
