England Travel Nurse?

Hi i was thinking about being a travel neonatal nurse in england. I have been a neonatal nurse for 18 months. I live in the united states and wanted to be a travel nurse in england, i would travel all over england the hopefully buy a house and be a travel nurse in my local area (Milton Keynes, or South end on sea. Is this possible with out getting a visa? Also if i did have to get a visa how easy is that. I love the UK and it has always been my dream to live there.
