How can I convince my parents to let me move out?

At first this may seem like a stupid question.... I'm 13 years old and I have really good grades in school, I love my parents (hate my brother), and I have amazing friends but I know something is missing. My mom is Australian and we go there about every 2 years to visit her whole side of the family. I love Australia more than most of what I have in Oregon... My grandparents live in Milton, New South Whales, Australia and the town is so cute because there are farms and then BAM! The beach! I love their house so much:) Anyways they have health issues but I want to move there to help them and discover more of the earth (corny) but its true. My mom has thought about it but I need to snap the trap into letting her let me go! Please help and I don't want that crap about "Oh you're too young and naive!" or "You can't move out because you're not 18"... They are my grandparents, theyre still my guardians! please help:)
