I just bought a Milton Piano with the #418959 and it is a console. How old would you say this piano could be?

Milton Piano Co. NY #418959 It's in bad shape but I'm thrilled to have found it in a junk store. I would dearly love to find out as to how old this console could be. I have an piano turner coming tomorrow to tune it up. The few keys I touched sounded great its the base side and upper sounds that are out of tune. Thank you
