How do I get stains out of white shorts?!?

If it does not come out after all those things then I think you are stuck with it. However as a last resort you could try either a wash on their own in the machine with a half cup of thin bleach added or wash in a hand bowl with a quarter cup of bleach included. Let them soak for 30 minutes before washing. Be prepared to go out and buy some more shorts.
